Real Estate Principles & Practice
Our P&P Courses are now being held virtually online. A Camera and Microphone are required. The instructor must be able to see and hear all students during class time.
This 60-hour course meets the minimum requirement for Agent or Broker pre-licensing mandatory education as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission. Candidates must complete 60 hours of class time before they can take the final exam. A passing grade of 70% is required for Agent candidates and 75% for Broker candidates. This course will include interactive classroom activities and discussion focused on the following topics: Concepts of home ownership · Contracts · Property Valuation · Governmental Powers · License Law · Taxes & Liens · Real Estate Math & Financing · Fair Housing
Required Pre-licensing course attendance hours: 60 Hours
Tuition: $425. Course fee includes required textbooks.
Pre-registration Required. Walk-in registrations NOT accepted.
We Offer Open Enrollment!
Open Enrollment means you can sign up and begin at any time. Our class schedules just keep going in a continual loop. Whenever you start you just keep going until you have completed 60 hours. Any sections you miss you can either make up in the other session (day or night), wait and take when it loops around again or learn from the book if that’s your style.
